HOW IT WORKS

THE OVERALL PROCESS TAKES ON AVERAGE 105 DAYS from start to finish:

  1. Agent or seller reaches out by phone or email to share basic information about the home. You can schedule your free 15-minute discovery call to discuss your project and ask any questions you might have.

  2. We will meet with the agent, and/or homeowner do a walkthrough of the property and discuss the scope of work.

  3. Based on our discussion and walkthrough, we will deliver a detailed initial estimate. This is where the project scope can be adjusted.

  4. Approximately one week after the initial estimate is agreed upon, we deliver a fixed bid, final quote and a contract (after final approval).

  5. Once the contract is signed, we begin to order materials for the job.

  6. We manage subcontractors, make all materials purchases, and receive all deliveries.

  7. We are the primary point of contact, sending regular updates to both the agent and homeowner, and deliver a home that is ready for showing.

  8. House is put on the market. We offer up to 1 year for the sale to close, and the homeowner pays out of escrow.
